Hi, I’m Davida Volonnino, the proud driving force behind Volonnino Group Real Estate. Licensed in both Kansas and Missouri, I bring a unique blend of professionalism, humor, local knowledge, and expertise to the table, all grounded in a deep love for people and a passion for helping families find their perfect home.

​My journey began in a humble and adventurous childhood. As the daughter of missionaries, I grew up traveling the world, with notable chapters in India and Australia. These experiences not only instilled a deep appreciation for different cultures and walks of life but also nurtured my ability to connect with people on a personal level.

Eventually, I found my way to Hawaii, where I fell in love with customer service while working in retail. My natural leadership and commitment to excellence propelled me to store manager roles, a trend that continued when I moved to Kansas City over a decade ago. Here, I rose through the ranks of major department stores, consistently leading top-performing teams by coaching them to deliver service that exceeded expectations and leading by example.
While I thrived in retail leadership, my heart kept pulling me toward real estate. After experiencing firsthand how emotional and complex buying or selling a home can be—and seeing how families often deserved a higher level of care—I knew I had to make a change. That passion sparked the creation of Volonnino Group Real Estate. I firmly believe that buying and selling a home doesn’t have to be as stressful as it’s often made out to be. With the right guidance, support, and expertise, the process can be seamless and even enjoyable—and that’s the experience my team and I strive to deliver for every client.​

​​When I’m not helping clients achieve their real estate dreams, I’m spending time with my two incredible teenage daughters, who are my greatest joy and inspiration. Coming from a large family myself, I know the value of love and connection. I’m also a proud animal advocate, dedicating time and resources to raise awareness and support for Kansas City shelters.
